How to Register and Pay for Group Visits

Confirmation letters will be sent in PDF format. (If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is
available free from Adobe.)
- Register at least three weeks in advance; you may register for more than one program per visit. During Spring Rush (May and June), we recommend registering early for maximum program choice.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required two weeks before your visit. EcoTarium accepts checks, Mastercard and Visa charges, and purchase orders payable within 30 days. The balance is due upon arrival.
- A confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of your completed Registration Form and 50% deposit or purchase order. Your reservation cannot be confirmed without a deposit.
- The reservation numbers of students for programs must be paid for as booked, unless we are notified of the new numbers no later than two weeks prior to visit date.
Please note the following:
- The minimum ratio of adults to school age children is 1 adult to 10 students.
- A special needs groups is a minimum of 5 people. One chaperone is admitted free for each visitor with special needs who needs one-to-one assistance.
- EcoTarium Members accompanying a group must pay the full group rate.
- EcoTarium promotional coupons or library passes cannot be used toward group admission.
- For more than one change in a group reservation, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged per change.
- All bookings and deposits are processed by the date and in the order in which they are received.
