Qualifications:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong background in life sciences, environmental sciences, or related fields
- Interest or background in educational, museum studies or leisure studies desirable
- Art or design skills helpful
Responsibilities:
- Do background research for exhibits, and present results to exhibit team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of prototypes with museum visitors
- Opportunity to write text for exhibits
- Opportunity to design exhibits and or build of prototypes (working exhibit models)

- A resumé
- A letter of reference from a current faculty member who can comment on your work and interest in the subject area of this internship
Structure of Internship
- One semester or summer minimum commitment
- Minimum time requirement: 2 weekdays per week
- Students who wish to receive course credit must arrange this through their college or university
- Students will be assigned to and mentored by museum staff
