Telecommunications Center
EcoTarium's Hirsh Telecommunications Center is available for business functions, museum programming and school workshops.
For group and public programming, a video microscope, document camera and computer graphics projection are used to investigate the life in a drop of pond water, investigate tide pool creatures or discuss signs of backyard wildlife. Other topics are also available. Educational Programs.
Our Event Coordinator will work with you to ensure the perfect setting for your event. We are very familiar with local catering companies and can recommend the ideal provider with confidence. Our Event Coordinator will give your event the personal attention it deserves and work with you to make it special in every way.
Seating
The Hirsh Telecommunications Center supports flexible seating arrangements, from lecture configurations for 175, to tables and chairs for 120 at a dinner. All seating options are handicapped accessible, and special lighting is available for sign language interpretation.
