Explorer Express Train

train All aboard! Enjoy the ride on this one-third scale model of an 1860s steam engine, a favorite attraction for many of the EcoTarium's youngest visitors.

The 12-minute ride is a relaxing and fun way to travel around the museum grounds. Be sure to keep an eye out for three red foxes-- and you might even catch a glimpse of Kenda the polar bear! Look out over the EcoTarium's meadow and pond habitat, and best of all, pass through a darkened tunnel that elicits squeals of delight from young (and young at heart) passengers. The train is equipped with a wheelchair accessible coach.
