Join us for the EcoTarium's 25th annual Earth Day Celebration!
Friday, April 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The EcoTarium's Earth Day Celebration is one of Worcester's most popular Earth Day traditions. Everyone enjoys half price admission, lots of indoor and outdoor family-friendly activities, and, of course, the EcoTarium's beautiful trails, ponds, and woods that are bursting with new life.
Come meet Plum!
Be one of the first to meet Plum, a friendly alien who helps connect kids to nature through PBS KIDS' newest project, Plum Landing! Our friends from WGBH will be at the EcoTarium on Earth Day to introduce this brand new web-original that uses animated webisodes, online games, free apps, hands-on science activities, live-action videos to engage 6- to 9-year-olds in the natural world. In addition, free screenings of Plum Landing will be shown in the planetarium at 1 and 4 p.m.
Earth Day Admission: $7 adults, $4 children 2-18, $5 seniors and students with ID; free for EcoTarium members. (Since admission is half price, coupons and discounts do not apply on Earth Day.) Regular fees apply for planetarium shows.
Earth Day Celebration is presented by the EcoTarium and the Regional Environmental Council of Central Massachusetts, and sponsored by Interstate Batteries. This year, the event is also part of the Cambridge Science Festival.
